We ventured along to the remote beach of Whatipu, guiding an English friend Shirley around the best kept secrets of Auckland. Onwards from Whatipu through Titirangi Village, we showed some Waitakere history at the Arataki Visitor Centre, with some Danish Icecream, before cooling off in the surf of Piha. (actually, the warmest water of Piha we’d ever experienced)
The following few days were spent chilled at the beach, whilst shooting a beautiful sunset one evening at Bethells.
